This past week, our Year and A Day studies have focused on the Egyptian Pantheon. I can't say as I really care about this particular line of deities. The Egyptian Mythology creation story is icky and the human sacrifices are not my cup of tea, at all. Actually, I don't like the idea of begging to any deity for special favours.
I feel a slight connection with the Goddess Bast. Mayhaps, she is why I was a crazy cat lady, long before I had a rocking chair and a basket of yarn.
