Building a relationship

For our latest homework assignment, we were asked to meditate, for the purpose of meeting a deity. I've been able to do this before, but this time I had no luck at all. The neighbours were drunk and causing far too much commotion. I was unable to tune any of that out and move my mind anywhere. Mayhaps at another time, I will have better luck with this task.
